Meet Luc the Deer, our mascot for Human Dignity reminding us that everyone is special.
Below are some of the ways we uphold the principle of Human Dignity at Holy Cross and All Saints.
Our Year 6 Special Friends embody Human Dignity by caring for their Reception buddies with patience, respect, and kindness, ensuring every child feels valued, welcomed, and loved as a unique creation of God.
We honour the dignity of every child by celebrating their differences through stories, assemblies, PSHE lessons, Black History Month, and Anti‑Bullying Week, helping pupils recognise the beauty of diversity.
Weekly Praise Assemblies highlight kindness, effort, and personal growth, showing children that their character and contributions are recognised and valued.
Our English curriculum includes carefully chosen texts that explore identity, belonging, and fairness, helping children understand their own worth and the dignity of others.
A clear anti‑bullying approach rooted in Gospel values ensures that every child feels safe, respected, and protected.
