Complaints Procedure

Holy Cross and All Saints RC Primary School is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all pupils, parents, and staff. We recognise that, on occasion, concerns may arise regarding aspects of school life. In such instances, we encourage parents and carers to raise their concerns promptly and constructively.

In the first instance, concerns should be discussed with your child’s class teacher or, if appropriate, with the Headteacher. We aim to resolve issues swiftly and collaboratively to ensure the continued wellbeing and progress of all pupils.

Complaints specifically relating to Religious Education or Collective Worship should be addressed in writing to the Chair of Governors, via the school’s postal address.
