Our GIFT Team work closely with our parish community and our parish priest, Fr Martin, regularly representing the school at key parish events. During our Jubilee Year celebrations, the Chaplains generously gave up a Saturday to lead an hour of 24 Hours with the Lord during Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. They planned and led the entire hour themselves—offering reflections, guiding prayer, and even singing a solo together as an act of devotion. They also represented the school at the parish’s Memorial Mass for Pope Francis, where they presented a beautifully created memorial book made by the Chaplains and the wider school community. In previous years, the children have also taken part in parish liturgies by dramatising the Passion at the Palm Sunday Mass. Through these acts of service, the GIFT Team strengthen the bond between school and parish and live out their calling as young leaders of faith.
