Packed Lunches

🍓Healthy Choices

We all want the very best for our children—and that includes helping them feel energised, focused, and ready to learn throughout the day. One of the simplest ways to support their wellbeing is through the food and snacks they bring to school.

A healthy lunchbox packed with nutritious snacks not only fuels their growing bodies but also boosts concentration, mood, and overall performance in the classroom.

Here are a few easy tips:

  • Include whole grains, lean proteins, and colourful fruits and veggies (grapes and tomatoes cut lengthways please)

  • Swap sugary drinks for water or milk

  •  Choose snacks like fruit, yoghurt, or rice cakes instead of sweets or crisps

Together, we can build healthy habits that last a lifetime.

As a Catholic school we embrace the powerful initiative 'Laudato Si’ inspired by Pope Francis.

Pope Francis calls on all children and families to care for our common home by reflecting upon our impact on the environment.

Our 'Laudato Si' Ambassadors challenge our children to become eco-heroes and bring packed lunches that are both healthy and kind to the planet.
