Teaching Internet Safety in school
At Holy Cross and All Saints RC Primary, the children use the internet on a regular basis as an integral part of their learning. In school, we have regular e-safety lessons, activities and assemblies to teach and remind children of the importance of keeping themselves safe online. To help us remember the main principles of staying safe online, we use the ‘SMART’ rules:
SAFER INTERNET DAY
Teaching online safety is a priority at Holy Cross and All Saints RC Primary School which is promoted each year on Safer Internet Day where we highlight the importance of safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones.
