As Summer 2018 started, we really wanted to provide our fellow pupils with the opportunity to pray outside at playtimes. We came up with the idea of creating a Prayer Garden so children could pray here at lunch and play. We wrote a letter to Mrs Bell asking for permission and she said yes! We were delighted! We spent several meetings deciding what we wanted in our Prayer Garden. We decided every child should be able to make their own mark on the Prayer Garden. We provided all pupils with a pebble to decorate according to one of our school values. We then held a very special opening ceremony. Fr. Martin attended and blessed the garden. We then all placed our pebbles into the garden.
